📦 Returns & Orders

How do I return my order?
Simply visit our Returns Portal and complete the return form before sending back your items.

  • If you added Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return label is free!

  • If you didn’t add this option, you can still use the Returns Portal to purchase a discounted return label.

I don’t have my packing slip. What should I do?
No problem! Print your order confirmation email and include it in your return package.
If you can’t print, just write your name, order number, and the email used to place the order on paper and add that instead.

Do you provide return labels?
Yes!

  • With Free Returns + Package Protection: return labels are free.

  • Without: you can purchase a discounted return label when you start your return.

Can I exchange my order?
Absolutely! Start your exchange or request store credit via our Returns Portal.

What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If your return arrives and the requested exchange item is sold out, we’ll issue store credit instead. Prefer a refund? Contact customer service.

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at xaby.alwaysbeyourselfx@gmail.com before your order ships.
If it’s already shipped, you can request a return once it arrives. Check our Shipping Policy for details.

Final Sale items
Items marked “FINAL SALE” or ending in $.99 are not returnable.
If you return a final sale item, we’ll email you with two options: pay to have it shipped back to you, or we’ll donate it on your behalf.

Will I get my original shipping cost refunded?
We don’t refund original shipping or taxes. But if you added Free Returns + Package Protection, your return label itself is free.

How do I log into my account?
Click the person icon in the top right corner of our website. Need help? Email us!

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log into your account

  • Click “Manage Subscription” > “View Details” > “Cancel”
    If it isn’t working, email xaby.alwaysbeyourselfx@gmail.com.

Can’t access your account?
Just email customer service and we’ll help you out.

🚚 Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
With flat rate shipping, expect delivery within 5–7 business days after processing. We’ll send tracking updates by email or text.

What is Shipping Protection?
When you add Free Returns + Package Protection, your order is covered if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged.
If this happens, email us to start a claim.

Didn’t purchase Shipping Protection?
Email us anyway—we’ll do our best to help, case by case.

📏 Sizing

Do you have a size chart?
Yes! You’ll find a general size guide linked HERE, plus detailed fit notes in each product description. Need help? Reach out!

What sizes do you carry?
Most items come in sizes Small–Large, with select pieces up to XS–4XL.

Received the wrong or damaged item?
Email us at xaby.alwaysbeyourselfx@gmail.com with a photo within 2 business days of delivery.
Please note: general wear and tear or slight color variations due to screen settings don’t qualify as damage.
