No worries! Print your order confirmation email and include it in your return package. If you can't print, just write your name, order number, and the email used to place the order on a piece of paper and include that instead.

When you add Free Returns + Package Protection, your order is covered if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged. If this happens, email us to start a claim. Didn’t purchase Shipping Protection? Email us anyway—we’ll do our best to help, case by case.
