Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly used, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All returns must be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Non-returnable items include:

Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at xaby.alwaysbeyourselfx@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, we will email you a shipping label to return your order.
