This position is primarily based in Dallas for creative sessions, design discussions, and collaboration with the founder. The workspace is simple and evolving, focused on creativity and experimentation. It is a place where ideas come first and where your imagination becomes part of the brand’s foundation.
About the Role
As a Fashion Designer, you will help shape the visual identity and creative energy behind each collection. You will brainstorm design ideas, create mockups or sketches, and assist with concept development for future drops. Since we are in the early stages, this role is about innovation, resourcefulness, and creativity over materials, using what we have to bring new ideas to life.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Strong Sense of Style: Demonstrates originality and a passion for streetwear fashion.
Design Skills: Ability to sketch or design basic clothing concepts, both by hand and digitally.
Production Knowledge: Interest in learning about production processes, fabric selection, and design development.
Collaboration: Open-minded and willing to work closely with a small creative team.
Brand Alignment: Must believe in the brand’s mission of authenticity and self-expression.
