This role is based in Dallas with flexible on-site collaboration days for content shoots and creative sessions. You’ll work in a hands-on environment filled with music, brainstorming, and genuine energy. Remote editing and scheduling can be done from anywhere as long as you bring consistency, creativity, and passion to the feed.
About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and energy of Identity Wear online. You will plan, post, and engage daily across social platforms, turning the brand’s vision of individuality into powerful, shareable content. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and Founder to shape weekly strategies, track performance, and grow a community that lives and breathes self-expression. Every post, caption, and story you create will reflect what Identity Wear stands for truth, confidence, and authenticity.
Requirements
Experience Managing Social Media Platforms
Proficient in managing platforms such as TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Understanding of Trends and Audience Engagement
Knowledgeable in current trends and effective use of hashtags.
Skilled in developing audience engagement strategies.
Short-Form Video Creation and Scheduling
Comfortable creating short-form videos and crafting engaging captions.
Experienced with scheduling tools for timely content posting.
Familiar with photo and video editing software.
Understanding of AI tools for content generation.
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining brand alignment.
Adheres to the brand’s tone: real, bold, and authentic.
